Company Description: At STRAC Institute, we share one Mission: to educate our students, and provide them with a clear path to a successful career in electronics. By combining coursework with hands-on training, STRAC students are able to quickly master industry skills and earn certifications that make them highly valuable to their employers. Graduates of the electronics school stand out as leaders and are enabled to contribute to the success of their company, family, and self.

The STRAC program can be completed in less than 5 moths and graduates are in high demand by some of the largest companies in the US. One recent graduate was hired by California based Sonos, getting paid $33 per hour. This is not to say all graduates will start at that pay scale, factors such as type of position, geography and individual goals are important considerations.

The true ratio of jobs in our economy is 1:2:7.[1] For every occupation that requires a master’s degree or more, two professional jobs require a university degree, and there are over half a dozen jobs requiring a 1-year certificate or 2-year degree; and each of these technicians are in very high-skilled areas that are in great demand.[2] This ratio is a fundamental to all industries. It was the same in 1950, the same in 1990, and will be the same in 2030.[3]
